Visit our website to fill out a request form. A Lasagna Mama (or Papa) who lives closest to you will text you within a week or two to coordinate delivery. Please note that our Lasagna Mama's are volunteer-based and may not be available in all cities. Please call to confirm if we have a Lasagna Mama in your area.

The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) provides home energy assistance to help eligible low-income households meet their home heating and/or cooling needs.
The Community Action Agency in your county may be able to offer you one or more of the following types of assistance:
- Utility bill payment assistance
- Energy crisis assistance
- Weatherization and energy-related home repairs
The Community Action Agency in your county determines if your household’s income and/or additional eligibility criteria qualify you to receive LIHEAP assistance.

The Emergency Shelter Program provides free and private accommodations for families in need.

- Intensive Case Management includes crisis intervention, advocacy, resource coordination, information, referrals, and an individualized plan of action.
For families to access our shelter, screening must be completed first. You can give us a call at (864)582-6737 and complete one over the phone or you can complete a screening online and click send in the “Haven Screening Form” section. You can also stop by The Haven and complete the screening in person. Once screening is completed, a case manager will check it to determine your eligibility. If there is a room available, the case manager will let you know immediately. If no rooms are available, the screening will be place on a waiting list and a case manager will call you as soon as a room is available. There is no set time for our waitlist.
